It’s CRUUUUUUNCHHH TIIIIMEEE!!! Soshies, it’s time to bring you the hottest sports events in the sports world right here in your favorite segment!!! 😀
Oh! Obviously I’m a certified sports enthusiast…I write sports article FYI
Anyway highway back to our topic…It’s a hang-time and bang-time NBA All-star week @ Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Okay, first to serve is the Sears Shooting Stars Challenge where Miami’s Big 3 Chris Bosh with Dominique Wilkins and WNBA player Swin Cash had a final-round time of 31.4 seconds of Team East outplayed Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant together with his teammates Karl Malone and Skylar Diggins, opened the final round with a time of 43.6.
Next is the Taco Bell Skills Challenge, where Portland Trailblazers Damian Lilliard (second time champion of the same challenge) and Utah Jazz’s Trey Burke representing the Western Conference, beat the tandem of Michael Carter-Williams and Victor Oladipo of the East in the final round by a tenth of a second…IMAGINE GUYS! They are so good 🙂
Another highlight of the NBA All-Star weekend was the Foot-Locker Three-Point Contest where Italian San Antonio’s Marco Belinelli won the 3-point contest from Team West needed to win a tiebreaker round in the final to beat Bradley Beal, a sharphooter contender from Washington Wizards representing Team East.
The most sensational event was the Sprite Slam dunk contest where high flyer Wahington Wizards’ John Wall from the Eastern conference answered Sacramento Kings’ rookie Ben McLemore’s dunk which McLemore leaped over Shaquille O’Neal seated in a king’s throne, Wall jumped over and took the ball from Wizards mascot G-Man, who held it above his head, then brought it down between his legs and slammed down a reverse dunk. Woah! Just as you can see the photo in the right. 🙂 Judges Dominique Wilkins, Magic Johnson and Julius Erving all gave the victory to him. Erving, once a famous dunker blurted out the words, “The slam dunk has returned.”
And the main event was the face-off of the two conference, East meets West, what we called All-Star Game. East proved as Kyrie Irving of Cleveland Cavaliers finally stopped the realm of Kevin Durant and Blake Griffin as it stopped its losing streak. Irving had 31 points and 14 assists and was voted the game’s Most Valuable Player of the game as East rallied for a 163-155 victory over the West .
Okaaaaaaayyyy!! That’s all! Hope you Guys appreciate my efforts :)) ONE GAME, ONE LOVE♥…as NBA slogan qouted :DD

Heeeeyyyy!! A wonderful and meaningful day to all of us yow feller SOSHIES! Yey 😀 Zaphy @ your service to share another moments of mine these past few days. Are you ready!? Don’t move… everybody FREEZE!
Yes FREEZE! Because of Snowy and Sparkly events to welcome us this 2014 ! Winter Olympics for example to be held at the city of Sochi, Russia. The original sports were alpine and cross-country skiing, figure skating, ice hockey, Nordic combined, ski jumping and speed skating. Sports have been added and some of them, such as luge, short track speed skating andfreestyle skiing, have earned a permanent spot on the Olympic programme.
Who will be the Rink Royalties?! Let’s find out.
And another super cold trending topic this winter is the Walt Disney’s animated movie entitled FROZEN. If you didn’t watched it yet..oh my god my dear soshie you missed a very precious movie! It was released theatrically on November 27, 2013.
And of course Disney’s trademark is super duper LSS( Last Song Syndrome) OST(Official Sound Track)s. One great example of those is “Let it Go”. “Let It Go” is a song, with music and lyrics composed by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. That two composers choose the Disney princess Demi Lova to cover the song on the soundtrack album.
According to my reliable sources and radars, “Let It Go” was translated into twenty-four other languages and recorded by different artists for international versions of the Frozen soundtrack. Argentine singer Martina Stoessel recorded the song in Spanish and Italian. Marsha Milan Londoh recorded the song in Malay, and Anaïs Delva in French (both the European and Canadian versions).
Here are the other famous singers in their respective countries who also did their covers.
- Willemijn Verkaik did a Dutch version (“Laat het gaan”) and a German version (“Lass jetzt los”).
- Elke Buyle did a Flemish version, called “Laat het los”.
- May J. did a Japanese version, called “Let It Go~ありのままで(エンドソング)” .
- Dương Hoàng Yến did a Vietnamese version, called ” Giờ ra đi” or “Hãy bước đi”.
- Gam Wichayanee did a Thai version, called “ปล่อยมันไป”.
- Julia Dovganishina did a Russian version, called “Отпусти и Забудь”.
- Hyorin (Hyolyn – 효린) of SiStar, one of the famous K-POP girl group did a Korean version, still using the English title “Let it Go”, and keeping the “Let it Go” part of the lyrics in the song instead of using a Korean translation.
- Shennio Lin did a Chinese version, called “随它吧”. Whereas Hayley Cheung did a Cantonese version called “冰心鎖”.
While fundamentally similar, these translations bear subtle differences in content and thus even offer mild changes to the mood of the song.
